THE PEOPLE WHO SHOW UP AT YOUR DOOR AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR FLOORS

Meet the Crew

At Boulder Valley Hardwood Flooring, the work is done by a small, tight-knit crew that Rob has built and trusted over the years. These aren't subcontractors or day laborers — they're experienced craftsmen who take pride in what they do and care about the result as much as you do.

When you hire BVHF, this is the team you get.

Rob

Rob Lojko founded Boulder Valley Hardwood Flooring in Boulder in 2001 and has been hands-on in every aspect of the business ever since.

Rob built this company on a simple belief: do exceptional work, treat people honestly, and the business will take care of itself. More than two decades later, most new clients come from referrals.

Ian

Ian has been with Boulder Valley Hardwood Flooring since 2014, and in that time he's grown into one of the most skilled members of the crew. He takes pride in finding new ways to improve both quality and efficiency on every job.

When he's not on the floor, you'll find him on the disc golf course, on the mountain snowboarding, or out with good friends.

Evan

Crafting beautifully finished hardwood floors since 2012, Evan brings a genuine passion for the craft to every project. He loves the process of creating something beautiful that customers will enjoy for years to come.

Outside of work, Evan plays drums, bowls, practices yoga, and hits the trails, and he's rarely without his cat nearby.

Ryan

Ryan joined the BVHF crew in 2021 and hasn't stopped being amazed by what a finished floor can look like. He loves seeing a project through from rough to refined, and takes real satisfaction in leaving every job better than he found it.

In his free time, Ryan plays disc golf, hits the gym, and unwinds with computer games.

Payton

Payton grew up in Sussex County, New Jersey and has called Colorado home since 2022. He joined the BVHF crew a year later and loves that no two days on the job are ever quite the same.

Outside of work, Payton plays disc golf, hikes, skateboards, and plays guitar.

Colin

Colin joined BVHF in 2025 and has taken to the work naturally. He's always been someone who likes building things with his hands, whether that's a hardwood floor, a piece of furniture, or a LEGO set.

He moved to Lafayette in 2017 and spends his free time with his dog, his family, and friends, hiking local trails or relaxing in his hammock.
